Februar 2019<\/p>\n<p>In Anbetracht der verschiedenen Informationen, die in den letzten Tagen stattgefunden haben hinsichtlich des Vertrags zur Schlie\u00dfung einiger Einrichtungen von Camping Bella Terra, m\u00f6chten wir eine Reihe von Beurteilungen vornehmen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Am vergangenen Donnerstag, 24. Januar 2019, kamen zwei Einheiten der \u00f6rtlichen Polizei Blanes zu unserem Campingplatz, um der Verordnung nachzukommen, die besagte, dass wir die Aktivit\u00e4ten eines Teils unseres Campings einstellen mussten. Ein gesetzlicher Vertreter und eine Reihe von Mitarbeitern des Campingplatzes teilten der Polizei mit, dass der Campingplatz das betroffene Gebiet freiwillig nicht mehr nutzt, und teilte ihnen auch mit, dass der Erlass nicht besagt, dass die Abgrenzung ein physischer Zaun sein sollte. Aus diesem Grund \u00e4u\u00dferte Camping Bella Terra seinen Widerstand gegen die mutma\u00dfliche polizeiliche Aktion.<\/li>\n<li>In den letzten Wochen haben wir unseren Kunden bereits in dem Bereich, in dem die Schlie\u00dfungsbest\u00e4tigung g\u00fcltig ist, mitgeteilt, dass sie ihre Caravans umziehen m\u00fcssen. Es verbleiben nur etwa 20 Mobil-Homes eines Reiseveranstalters, die n\u00e4chste Woche entfernt werden.<\/li>\n<li>Der Campingplatz Bella Terra bem\u00fcht sich sicherzustellen, dass die teilweise Schlie\u00dfung der Anlagen die Nutzung des Schwimmbades Aquaera, des Restaurants l&#8217;Era, des Miniclubs und der Sportpl\u00e4tze innerhalb des gebauten Bereichs nicht beeintr\u00e4chtigt. Wir k\u00f6nnen jedoch nicht garantieren, dass sie in dieser Saison verwendet werden k\u00f6nnen. Sobald wir mehr Informationen \u00fcber die Nutzungsm\u00f6glichkeiten dieser Anlagen haben, wird dies rechtzeitig mitgeteilt.<\/li>\n<li>Schlie\u00dflich und in Anbetracht des Urteils des Verwaltungsgerichts von Girona \u00fcber die Berufung und den Antrag auf ein Verbot der Auftragsausf\u00fchrung vom letzten Mittwoch, dem 25.
