{"id":6962,"date":"2019-02-01T10:36:08","date_gmt":"2019-02-01T09:36:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.campingbellaterra.com\/2019\/02\/01\/declaration\/"},"modified":"2022-04-11T16:31:17","modified_gmt":"2022-04-11T14:31:17","slug":"declaration","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.campingbellaterra.com\/fr\/declaration\/","title":{"rendered":"D\u00e9claration officielle"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #212121; font-size: 14pt; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; background-color: #ffffff; float: none;\">Fermeture partielle de notre camping.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Blanes, le 1er f\u00e9vrier 2019<\/p>\n<p>Compte tenu des diff\u00e9rentes informations survenues ces derniers jours en rapport avec la fermeture d&rsquo;une partie des installations du camping Bella Terra, nous souhaitons \u00e9clairer certain points:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Jeudi dernier, le 24 janvier 2019, deux officiers de la police locale de Blanes se sont rendues dans nos locaux en se r\u00e9f\u00e9rant au d\u00e9cret stipulant que nous devons mettre un terme \u00e0 l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 et \u00e0 l&rsquo;utilisation urbaine d&rsquo;une partie de notre \u00e9tablissement. Un repr\u00e9sentant l\u00e9gal et plusieurs travailleurs du camping ont inform\u00e9 les agents que celui-ci n\u2019avait plus l\u2019intention d\u2019utiliser la zone affect\u00e9e par le camping et avait d\u00e9limit\u00e9 cette zone volontairement, en ajoutant \u00e9galement que le d\u00e9cret ne pr\u00e9cisait pas que la d\u00e9limitation devait \u00eatre respect\u00e9e part une enceinte physique. Pour cette raison, Camping Bella Terra a exprim\u00e9 son opposition \u00e0 la pr\u00e9tendue action de la police.<\/li>\n<li>Ces derni\u00e8res semaines, nous avons d\u00e9j\u00e0 inform\u00e9 nos clients situ\u00e9s dans la zone concern\u00e9e par l&rsquo;ordonnance de fermeture qu&rsquo;ils devaient d\u00e9placer leurs caravanes, ne laissant que supprimer une vingtaine de Mobil-Homes appartenant \u00e0 un voyagiste, qui seront supprim\u00e9s la semaine prochaine.<\/li>\n<li>Le camping Bella Terra travaille pour que la fermeture partielle de ses installations n&#8217;emp\u00eache pas l&rsquo;utilisation de la piscine Aquaera, du restaurant l&rsquo;Era, du mini-club et de la zone sportive situ\u00e9s dans le p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre de la zone touch\u00e9e, mais \u00e0 ce jour, nous ne pouvons pas garantir l&rsquo;utilisation de ces installations pour cette saison. D\u00e8s que nous aurons plus d&rsquo;informations sur la possibilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;utiliser ces installations, elles seront communiqu\u00e9es en temps voulu.<\/li>\n<li>Enfin, et dans l\u2019attente de la d\u00e9cision du tribunal administratif contentieux de G\u00e9rone, en ce qui concerne l\u2019appel et la demande de mesures conservatoires contre la mesure d\u2019ex\u00e9cution demand\u00e9e le mercredi 25 janvier 2019, nous souhaitons transmettre un message de tranquillit\u00e9 \u00e0 Tous nos clients, car le camping travaille toujours \u00e0 minimiser les effets de cette situation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Fermeture partielle de notre camping.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":9404,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"inline_featured_image":false,"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[2276],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-6962","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-blog-fr"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.0 -
