Dear friends,
We have everything ready to open with maximum security.

WHAT MEASURES DO WE TAKE?
(Updated 27.04.2021)
Our employees are constantly trained to minimize the risks that their specific tasks pose to both customers and colleagues.
All personnel have the necessary protective equipment (PPE) to perform their work safely: masks, hydroalcoholic gel, gloves …
Cleaning remains a priority and is supplemented with a special disinfection system. That is why we have purchased new equipment to strengthen and improve the cleaning and disinfection process.
We will provide staff with disinfectants and virucidally approved by the health authorities. Each department applies its specific measures.
We have designed an informative poster to facilitate compliance with the rules of social distance, capacity, protection and individual hygiene, etc.
Separation screens are installed to avoid contacts on certain workstations.
At the entrances and exits of the common areas we have hydroalcoholic gel dispensers: reception, toilets, supermarket, bar-restaurant, mini club, swimming pool, beach …
Cleaning and disinfection of waste containers is strengthened. Specific bins are placed where you can throw masks and gloves after use.
The common areas have limited capacity to ensure the safety distance and if this is not possible you must use a mask.
The playgrounds remain open with the associated hygiene measures and protocols.
To minimize contact with customers and avoid crowds, we ask to come to the supermarket and reception with one person per household.
We have set up a point of sale outside the supermarket to facilitate the purchase of bread and pastries to avoid queues and contacts inside. The form of payment is only per card.
The restaurant will have a limited capacity as determined by the health authorities. It is recommended to book in advance.
We have prepared a menu in digital format using a QR code. A take away system with online orders and payment is also being implemented.
The capacity of the Mini Club is limited, with priority given to the outdoor areas. Activities will be created avoiding contact to respect the safety distance.
Depending on current regulations, the shows are held with respect for the maximum allowed capacity.
Although capacity in the pool will be limited, families can sit together while maintaining the safety distance between group and group. Lifeguards are responsible for their enforcement.
The PH and the parameters of the pool water will be checked more extensively.
The sunbeds will only be available to people with reduced mobility.
Bathing on the beach is no problem. We recommend to keep the safety distances between family groups.
Taking these measures into account, you will be able to spend a good holiday.
